WEB SITE SERVICE AGREEMENT/TERMS OF USE

1.    ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services that SpreadMyCv provides to User, whether entities or persons and whether jobseekers or employers, are subject to the following Terms of Use. SpreadMyCv reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice to User. By using SpreadMyCv web site User agrees without any objections or reservations to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use SpreadMyCv web site is personal to User and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

2.    USER CONDUCT

The right to use SpreadMyCv web site is personal to User and is not assignable to any other person or entity. User must use SpreadMyCv web site for legitimate purposes only which is seeking to be employed and searching for employees, and must not use the web site to promote or execute any commercial activity, including but not limited to, the diversion of users to other on-line services that is considered similar or competitive with SpreadMyCv .

SpreadMyCv is a trademark and its web site contains materials that are copyrighted and other private information, and therefore the user must not perform any activity or act that infringes those rights under his sole liability for any damages or loss that may result from such infringements.

User grants SpreadMyCv, and other users for their own personal use, the right to use and issue according to their own discretion and without any cost or expense or fees whole or part of any material or content that he presents to any area of the web site.

3.    USE OF SERVICES

User agrees that when using any of the Services rendered by SpreadMyCv web site heshe will not abuse or violate the rights of privacy of other users, and will not upload any material or content that is inappropriate or that is protected by intellectual property laws or that contains viruses, and will not create imaginary identity to deceive others or to collect information about others.

SpreadMyCv reserves the right at its own discretion to end User’s access to any or all of its Services at any time, without prior notice.

4.    USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

User shall provides SpreadMyCv with true and accurate information during the registration process. User is totally responsible for maintaining the privacy of hisher password. Therefore User shall be responsible for any and all activities that happens within hisher account. User agrees to waive all and any rights against SpreadMyCv for any damage that may happen as a result of the use of the user's account by someone else. However, User could be held responsible for damages to SpreadMyCv or anyone else.

5.    LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

the links in this area will let you leave [name of company]'s site. the linked sites are not under the control of [name of company] and [name of company] is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.

6.    NOTICE SPECIFIC TO DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE

SpreadMyCv is a mediator between jobseekers and employers and does not adopt or claim ownership any of the content supplied by Users which are posted "AS IS". Therefore, SpreadMyCv has no control over such content and its suitability and does not guarantee the accuracy, trustiness and truthfulness of such content and information that should be evaluated by users at their own responsibility. SpreadMyCv will not be responsible for any damage caused by a User's dependence on information acquired through the web site.

7.    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

A.    User shall have no claims for compensation for any unsatisfactory service rendered by spreadmycv and no claims for consequential damages (including, but not limited to loss of profits, data, profits, revenues or goodwill) caused by such unsatisfactory results.

B.    User clearly consent that use of SpreadMyCv web site is at user's own risk, and that SpreadMyCv is not responsible and does not warrant any of its content that is owned and controlled by her directly and that the web site won't be uninterrupted or free from errors.

C.    This disclaimer of liability applies to all losses or damages caused by any failure of performance resulting from negligence or any other cause of action taken by SpreadMyCv or any user or any other person or entity involved in the web site.

D.    Non-performance of either party shall be excused to the extent that performance is rendered impossible by strike, earthquake, fire, flood, governmental acts, order or restrictions, or any other reason where failure to perform is beyond the control and not caused by the negligence of the non-performing party.  In the event that non-performance arising from an event of force majeure continues for a period exceeding [60] days either party may terminate this Agreement.

8.    MONITORING

The content of the web site may be monitored by Spreadmycv who reserves the right under its own discretion to omit, delete, edit or refuse any data that is not complied with this agreement or with any law or regulation.

9.    TERMINATION

Each Party shall have the right at any time to immediately terminate this Agreement forthwith without judicial action in the event of any breach of this Agreement by the Non-Performing Party.

SpreadMyCv may, at its sole discretion, take all legal actions necessary to terminate this agreement such as deletion of user's account and postings from the Web Site.

10.    GOVERNING LAW

The laws of Lebanon shall govern any dispute between the user and Spreadmycv, with exclusive jurisdiction to the Courts of Beirut.
